Suppliers & partners
Supplier information
FTKR works with qualified suppliers, manufacturers, research organizations, and technical service providers in support of customer programs.
Establishing a supplier relationship
Contact Supplier Relations to introduce your organization and describe the goods or services you provide. Supplier approval is subject to review against program requirements.
How sourcing is conducted
FTKR sources goods and services against defined program requirements. Selected suppliers receive the applicable technical data, purchase-order terms, delivery instructions, quality provisions, and customer flow-down requirements for the work in question.
Qualification considerations
Requirements vary by procurement and customer program. Supplier qualification may include review of the following areas:
- Quality management and technical capability
- Cybersecurity and information-protection practices
- Regulatory, export-control, and trade compliance
- Business continuity and supply-chain risk
- Customer-specific flow-down requirements
Controlled information
Suppliers must not submit proprietary, export-controlled, classified, controlled unclassified information (CUI), or customer-restricted material through general email channels. Approved transmission methods are provided when they are required for a specific procurement.
Quality and records
Where applicable, suppliers are expected to maintain traceable records, protect controlled technical data, report material quality or schedule concerns promptly, and preserve records for the period stated in the relevant purchase order.
Ethical conduct
FTKR expects suppliers and business partners to conduct work lawfully, ethically, and in accordance with applicable contract requirements. Additional terms and compliance representations may be required before award. Business-conduct concerns may be directed to [email protected].
